Yeah, the economy stinks and you can’t sell your home…or so you think. Well, if you want to sell your house no matter how bad the market is, you might want to read this article. It just may do the trick.

Okay, so what’s the secret? Why is it that there ARE people out there who are actually selling their homes and getting a decent price for them? Well, they figured out the hard way that you can’t approach a buyers market (which is where we are now) like a sellers market. Something has to give. That doesn’t mean you have to give away the store, but you have to realize that the buyer is in the driver’s seat.

Having said that, there are ways to turn the tables. One of those ways is to put on a happy face. No, I’m not talking about the hit song from Bye Bye Birdie. I’m talking about faking it. What I mean by that is this. When you show your home to a prospective buyer, you can’t let them see you sweat. You have to show confidence. You have to make them believe that your house is going to be sold any day now and that they have to jump on this fast.

This process actually starts with the ad that you place for your house. You have to get away from the doom and gloom ads. You know the ones I’m talking about. “Heading for foreclosure. Must sell at any price!” You might as well just hand the keys over to the prospect with a thank you note for kicking you in the backside. These ads are not going to give you the advantage, so stop posting them. Remember, be positive.

Want to know how to sell your home in a buyers market? If you’re having trouble figuring it out, this article should give you some ideas to get you started.

You need to take on a more active role in the selling of your home. In other words, don’t depend on the Realtor to do the work for you. Quite honestly, once your home passes that magic 30 to 60 day mark on the block, your Realtor couldn’t care less about it. They’re going to spend more of their time on the newer listings and trying to get THEM sold. That’s just the way this business is. That means YOU have to start showing the prospects around. Hey, who knows YOUR house better than you?

Another thing you can do is make sure, when you DO show the house that it is spotless. You need to make a good impression. Remember, this is a buyers market, like it or not. You are not in the position of power here. The buyer is. That means you have to be willing to go the extra mile to get their business. That means showing them a house that you’d be proud to show the President of the United States. Think I’m kidding? Trust me, as a marketer, presentation is everything.

Finally, you need to work on your ad listings for your home. You need to make them more attractive. The standard listing that used to work back in the days of the sellers market isn’t going to cut the mustard today. You really need to catch the attention of your prospect. So the typical “7 room split level…asking $259,000, blah, blah, blah” isn’t going to get it done.

You can’t even imagine how many ways there are to tell if your spouse is cheating on you. Truth is, until I did some really extensive research into this subject, I didn’t have a clue either. Well, let me tell you something. There are more tell tale signs for a cheating spouse than Carter has liver pills. In this article, I’m going to share some great ways to tell if your spouse may be having an affair right under your nose.

One way is by an unusual disappearance of money. Why does this happen? Quite simple actually…your spouse is out spending money on his or her fling du jour. It has to come from somewhere…usually from YOUR pocket. So to find this out, you simply have to keep careful tabs of the money in your bank account, checking account and drawer. You do keep money in a drawer somewhere, right?

Another great way is by phone activity. This will change drastically because your spouse has to have some way of communicating with the affair. So, you might find him or her on the phone more than usual or you might start getting calls from someone who you don’t recognize. You may even get a lot of calls where the person calls and hangs up. This is a very big sign that something is going on.

And then there is your car. Yes, your car. Suddenly there is less gas in it than there usually is and you have no idea where it’s gone too. If you check the mileage, you might notice that it’s higher than you expected. Your spouse might also ask you to wait for them to clean out the car before you get into it. Why? To get rid of the evidence. And of course there could be empty cups in the car and the radio stations have all be changed.

There is nothing worse than a cheating spouse. It’s probably one of the most heartbreaking things that any married person can go through, and in most cases, you don’t even see it coming. Well, if you think you’re spouse may be cheating on you but you’re not quite sure, this article will give you some tell tale signs that your loving partner has been having an affair behind your back.

One sign which should be quite obvious is that they call you another name by accident. Now, if they’ve been doing this since they met you then it may just be a matter of them having a bad memory. But usually, this is a sign of a cheating spouse. Or they may say something like, “Somebody hit on me today but I turned them down.” This is to help alleviate some of the guilt they’re feeling.

A big sign is all of a sudden they’ve taken a new interest in their clothes and looking all spiffy. Suddenly they’re dressing up and making sure their hair is neat and combed. If ever there was a dead giveaway sign that your spouse is cheating, this is it. Of course sometimes it’s just a mid life crisis. But most of those turn into affairs anyway.

Here’s the most obvious of all. They are suddenly away from the house more than usual, especially if they’re a 9 to 5 person at work and lately they’re coming home late or going out weekends when they don’t usually do these things. This sign has danger written all over it. Anytime you see a change in your spouse’s daily routine, especially if they are drastic changes, suspect that an affair is going on.

Unfortunately, without proof, it’s hard to really catch them and put an end to it, either through ending the affair or filing for divorce. Did you know that one out of every two marriages ends in divorce? Sure you do. But did you know what the number one cause of divorce is? It’s infidelity, or the cheating spouse. Yes, that’s the main reason why most marriages end up in the crapper. So, the question is, how can you tell if your spouse is cheating? After all, most people are pretty sneaky and hide things well. Believe it or not, there are many ways to tell. I’m going to cover a few of them in this article.

One of the biggest surefire signs is that they lose interest in having sex with you. I mean after all, the reason they’re probably cheating on you in the first place is because they’re not satisfied in the bedroom. So once they start having an affair, there is very little reason for them to continue having relations with you. This is one of the biggest signs that something is going on.

Another big sign of a possible affair is that your partner suddenly wants to try different positions and techniques. A lot of people think this is out of boredom, but it’s not. It’s because the person that they are cheating on you with has introduced them to things that they probably never experienced before and so now, they want to experience it with you as much as they can. Some people don’t necessarily see this as a bad thing, but nevertheless, your spouse is still cheating on you.

Then of course, there is the guilt factor. Few people who have affairs can really put the guilt behind them and this manifests itself in many ways. One way is that they don’t talk to you as much because they don’t know what to say. Another way is that they’ll yell at you a lot because of their guilt. It’s their way of trying to cover it up. So they’ll pick fights.
